Welcome to the first day of December Ink to Paper release countdown posts!  Hearts, flowers, gorgeous dies, and celebrations...you are going to LOVE this release!   As always, the release will go live on the 15th of the month at 10 pm ET.

Today we are sharing projects featuring the new Cup of Love stamp and die set, Border Bling: Tin Stitch die, All About You stamp and die set, and On The Border: From The Heart Border die.

Get Well Tea by Laurie Schmidlin

My first project features the new Cup of Love stamp and die set.  I am in love with this cup!  It's brilliant that it can be used as a stand alone shaped card, a tag for gifts, or a pocket for a wee gift like I used it here.

For the background, I used the new Border Bling: Tin Stitch die.  I absolutely love textured backgrounds that are neutral enough to be used on almost any kind of project and this die is definitely that!

I created a tea cup pocket, perfect for holding a single tea bag!  After die cutting the cup, I folded it along the score line and adhered the sides and bottom together using a strong adhesive.

Life Gives You Lemons by Laurie Schmidlin

My next project again features the Cup of Love stamp and die set along with the Border Bling: Tin Stitch die.  I wanted to create a bright and uplifting card so I focused on the cute little citrus slice die.

The Border Bling: Tin Stitch die can be used on its own like I used here or it can be combined with the Border Basics: Rectangle die to create a frame.

I again added a tea bag to my project, this time to the inside of the card.  It's hard to see form the photo, but I actually created a small gusseted card base to accommodate the extra width from the tea bag.  I cut a piece of white cardstock to 8 3/4" x 5 1/2".  I scored at 4 1/4" and 4 3/4".

You Are Simply Amazing by Laurie Schmidlin

My final project features the All About You stamp and die set along with the On The Border: From the Heart Border die.  I am loving the mix of heart size and patterns!

I also love all of the sentiment mix and match options the All About You set has!  This set really could be used for almost any occasion!

To create my card, I started by dry brushing some acrylic paint onto the background.  I added the On The Border: From the Heart Border die (in white).  I then added some stamped and die cut hearts from the All About You set using Raspberry Fizz, Enchanted Evening, and Sweet Blush as accent colors.
